Born 2913 ab
Married 2929 To John Wurth of Havenshire, owner/operator of the Grouse Feather Inn of Havenshire.
3 Children: Annabelle, Rose and Amelia who married various travelers and guests of the Inn. (They all live elsewhere and write occasionally, but are really too far away to visit)
Obaba cooked for the guests until her husband died in 2959, when her nephew took over the Inn and “encouraged” her to retire to a small cottage on the edge of town. She receives a small pension from him (out of guilt) and his family now runs the Inn.
As a person that was used to working 7 days a week from sunup to midnight, Obaba turned her ramshackle cottage into a very pleasant place with a nice garden with a few fruit trees. She spends her time cooking, knitting, making clothes and talking to creatures that no one else can see…
>Over the last few years she has been speaking to an Elemental Lord of Earth, that has been teaching her magic.
She often welcomes the area’s children and gives them cookies, cupcakes, scarves, socks and hats that she has made. Sometimes she sells her handiwork and accepts commissions for baked goods to add to her income.
Recently she has welcomed Femalachi and a blind Cushani as regular visitors as well as the very thin Juke.
As long as you can overlook her speaking to nothing occasionally (and tripping over her yarn), she is more than content to cook and care for her visitors.
